my background

A former teacher who loves seeing people smile. I was first introduced to photography by watching the eagles in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Capturing this beautiful bird was all it took to get me hooked on photography. Eventually, I learned more about the basics of photography and developed a true passion for this art. I started taking portraits of friends and families and a wedding or two. I realized how much I love capturing special moments and seeing the joy that comes with them. Throughout time, I have learned to take in the natural beauty of each subject and tailor it to their needs.

Through photography, I desire to capture the special moments in people's lives. Photography can depict the BEST memories that you will cherish forever.
